Day 1 – Castle Gardens Arcen and Gardens of Appeltern 
The Arcen Castle Gardens in the picturesque village of Arcen are among the most diverse flower and plant parks in Europe. Enjoy 32 hectares full of scents and colours, unique gardens, historical parks and a 17th-century castle! The Arcen Castle Gardens are not only home to beautiful flora and fauna. Attend one of the events, explore paths and routes through the park and relax. 
“The Gardens of Appeltern” is the largest garden idea park in the Netherlands. You will not only be provided with interesting information about gardening and landscape trends, but it is also a fun day out. The garden idea park was created to inspire you and to provide information on home gardeners' questions. A walk through the 23-hectare park is an authentic experience for the senses. Peace, space and nature guarantee a wonderful day trip. In the end, you will return home full of inspiration and with extra tools for garden happiness.

Day 2 - Floriade Expo 2022, Almere

From 14 April 2022, Almere will be the location for the World Horticultural Expo Floriade Expo 2022 for six months. The Floriade Park will be a celebration of green and sustainable technology. In this living laboratory, you will be fascinated by what you see, smell, and taste. 
Floriade provides the platform for Dutch horticulture - in collaboration with over 400 national and international participants - to present creative green solutions that make our cities more liveable and sustainable: 'Growing Green Cities'.

DAY 3 - Paleis Het Loo, Ada Hofman‘s pond gardens & Gardens of Mien Ruys
Paleis Het Loo
The renewed, rebuilt, and improved castle will reopen in 2021. Visitors are welcome in the spacious entrance area. The House of Orange and the Junior Palace host attractive presentations, the rooms of the palace have been completely renovated, and the first major temporary exhibition will take place. The gardens, stables and the castle will be reshaped into a beautiful and logical unit to make Museum Paleis Het Loo ready for the future.
Ada Hofman‘s pond gardens
The beautiful 2.25 hectares pond garden was laid out in 1987 by Ada Hofman, author of several books on ponds. The complex consists of about 30 gardens with 50 ponds and are spread around three large natural ponds.
Gardens of Mien Ruys
An overview of garden architecture from 1924 until today consists of 30 inspiring gardens with experiments in design, planting and materials. The gardens are the life's work of Mien Ruys, one of the essential garden architects of the 20th century.

DAY 4 - Kröller Müller Museum and departure
In the Kröller-Müller Museum, you will find the second-largest Van Gogh collection in the world with almost 90 paintings and over 180 drawings. In the Van Gogh Gallery, about 40 works by Vincent van Gogh are exhibited in changing combinations. The museum also shows top works by modern masters such as Claude Monet, Pablo Picasso and Piet Mondriaan. Special exhibitions which are organised regularly attract much attention. With more than 160 sculptures by outstanding artists and one of Europe's largest artists, visitors can enjoy art and nature in the sculpture garden.
